TECT Power offers single and dual wheel continuously dressed creep feed grinding for airfoils. Having the capabilities to perform both single and dual wheel creep feed grinding allows TECT more manufacturing flexibility to meet customers' specifications. Our creep feed grinding capabilities can remove very precise amounts of material from very hard metals such as nickel-based alloys and chrome. Additionally, our dual wheel grinding capabilities offer faster and more precise machining of root forms with less deflection than single-wheel processes.
