TECT Power's multi-axis turning centers are capable of conventional turning and multi-axis turning. Our use of dedicated tooling reduces lead times and ensures optimal precision machining in every component we make.



Specifications

TECT Power's conventional turning capabilities handle a plan area up to 40" x 24" x 24" out of aluminum, stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium. TECT Power's multi-axis CNC turning capabilities machine up to 90" in diameter out of aluminum, stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium using 3-, 4- or 5-axis machines.

TECT Power has the capabilities to make simple and complex fir tree slots in disks up to 54" in diameter and can make the blade roots for mating airfoils in traditional bladed disk rotor designs. We also mill curved slots and mating airfoil root attachments for nearly any size blade or disk combination.



Specifications

TECT Power horizontally broaches disks with an outside diameter up to 54" out of stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium. TECT Power is capable of vertically broaching outer diameters of 66" to 240" out of stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium.
