TECT Power is your one-stop shop for aerospace turbine engine components, locomotive turbocharger impellers and industrial products. In 2008, we committed $25 million to double our impeller and blisk capacity by expanding our Santa Fe Springs, Calif., facility and starting up impeller and blisk production in our Thomasville, Ga., facility. That's why TECT has more 5-axis capacity than any other non-OEM impeller, IBR or blisk manufacturer in the industry. TECT Power also produces disks, hubs, shafts, rings and seals. And our completely integrated supply chain and robust supporting capabilities allow us to perform all manufacturing processes in-house, making our supply chain more efficient and responsive.

TECT Power is a recognized leader in aviation impellers and is the largest manufacturer of impellers for the aviation industry in the U.S. TECT Power also makes impellers for industrial products and locomotive turbochargers. We can manufacture highly complex impeller designs with our state-of-the-art, 5-axis contour milling, CNC turning and electro-discharge milling (EDM) machines. In fact, we've custom designed and built our own cutting-edge equipment to produce impellers.

TECT Power has the in-house capabilities to produce virtually every critical rotating component of a turbine engine, including disks, hubs, shafts, rings and seals. Our ability to forge, machine, finish and certify parts with our integrated supply chain makes TECT Power a one-stop shop for critical rotating components.

Specifications

TECT Power produces disks, hubs and shafts from titanium, nickel, steel and aluminum. We can turn them up to 90" in diameter, broach them up to 54" in diameter or Curvic® grind them from 3" to 36" in diameter. TECT Power also produces rings and seals up to 90" in diameter from titanium, nickel, steel and aluminum.
