TECT Power's specialized airfoil milling process gives us the capability to produce airfoils with complex geometries, tight tolerances and thin cross-sections. We also have significant experience machining high-temperature alloy turbine blade castings – typically holding tolerances of .0005". With advanced computer-aided design and inspection capabilities, TECT Power can design machining processes that compensate for variations inherent in the forging process, enhancing the overall quality of the final product. The combination of these resources with TECT Power's engineering experience and the ability to develop customer post-processing routines in-house makes for a team that cannot be beat.

TECT Power can produce aerospace, industrial and steam turbine blades. Our experience producing blades goes back to the original aerospace turbine engines more than 60 years ago. TECT Power manufactured the blades for those engines and has put that experience to use creating a wide range of blades ever since. We can manufacture large and small blades from a wide variety of source stock or machine from bar stock. We even offer concurrent engineering and development services to support our manufacturing capabilities.


Specifications

TECT Power produces airfoil blades in overall lengths from 0.67" to 37" with chord widths of 0.54" to 14" out of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloys and titanium. TECT Power produces turbine and steam turbine blades in overall lengths of 3.50" to more than 40" with chord widths of 1.5" to 14" out of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloys and titanium.
