Even though operations are currently based in the U.S., they are all capable and experienced in doing business on a global scale. Cleveland

TECT's Cleveland, Ohio, facility is a recognized worldwide leader in state-of-the-art forging technology with more than 50 years of experience. It's one of the world's leading suppliers of titanium, steel and superalloy forgings for the international gas turbine industry, specializing in state-of-the-art oversize and precision airfoil forgings. The facility has approximately 200,000 square feet and houses one of the largest mechanical presses in the U.S.

At 384,000 square feet, the Newington, Conn., facility is the largest TECT Power facility. It specializes in the production of complex gas turbine disks, shafts and rings. The facility also produces machined components and assemblies for aircraft, and land- and marine-based turbine engines.

Santa Fe Springs
Santa Fe Springs

Founded in 1933, TECT's Santa Fe Springs, Calif., facility is known for its state-of-the-art blisk/IBR machining technology. It's also a worldwide leader in electrical discharge machining (EDM) for the gas turbine engine industry. The Santa Fe Springs facility specializes in highly complex, tight tolerance machined blisks/IBRs and impellers in materials ranging from aluminum, titanium, nickel and cobalt-based superalloys to exotic materials such as Ti-aluminide. Additionally, the plant has more than 70,000 square feet of office and floor space with a capability to support three shifts.

Thomasville

The Thomasville, Ga., operation produces large and medium fan blades, inlet and outlet guide vanes, and small compressor blades. Located in the heart of south Georgia on 23 acres, the Thomasville operation serves a multitude of customers in the aerospace and power generation industries. The plant encompasses more than 165,840 square feet of office and shop space with a three-shift capability.

Utica
Utica

TECT's Utica, N.Y., facility manufactures a variety of engine-ready components for an impressive array of aerospace and industrial gas turbine customers. It specializes in forging, machining and grinding. The operation was founded in 1895, and its more than 110 years of experience includes manufacturing airfoils for the first jet engines and components for the Saturn V rocket that launched the Apollo program into space. The Utica plant has more than 240,000 square feet of office and shop space with support for a three-shift operation.
