Robert Cohen, President
Rob Cohen is a senior operating executive with more than 20 years of in-depth experience in operational leadership. Prior to joining TECT in 2005, Rob's aerospace experience included 12 years with General Electric Aircraft Engines and 7 years with Teleflex, where he held progressively responsible operational leadership positions. While at GEAE, he completed the Technical Leadership Development Program. Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business management at Wilmington College, his Master of Business Administration at Xavier University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School.
Peter Knapper, Vice President of Operations
Pete Knapper is a senior operating executive with more than 20 years of in-depth experience in operational leadership. Prior to joining TECT, Pete spent 10 years at General Electric Aircraft Engines working in composite materials research and in multiple roles in operations. Pete held director positions at both Rolls-Royce and Honeywell, and worked as a plant manager for the Honda Supplier Network. Pete earned his mechanical engineering degree at the University of Cincinnati and his Master of Business Administration at Ohio University.
Doug Schoulthies, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Doug Schoulthies is a senior executive with more than 20 years of in-depth experience in the aerospace industry. Prior to joining TECT in 2005, Doug's aerospace experience included 10 years with Meyer Tool Inc. and 9 years with Teleflex Aerospace Manufacturing Group, where he held quality and sales leadership positions. Doug attended both Northern Kentucky University and Wilmington College.
Anthony Bergen, CFO
Tony Bergen is a senior operating executive with more than 30 years of in-depth experience in operational leadership. Prior to joining TECT in 2008, Tony spent 20 years as a management consultant for distressed and growth-oriented companies in financial leadership roles. Tony completed his Bachelor of Arts in accounting at Upsala College and his Master of Business Administration in finance from Farleigh Dickenson University. Tony is also a CPA and a CTP.
